Your business is dependent on having solid relationships with customers. Draw from your experience. What have you learned about building these relationships? Your customer service skills are essential. Your sales and marketing skills will be helpful as well. If you can give an example of a good relationship with one of your customers, the interviewer will have a much clearer picture of your skills in action.
