During my residency training, I spent 6 months in a pancreatic department where I spent almost every day on a pancreatic resection. I think I have still a lot to learn about it and I would like to improve my mini-invasive capabilities in the pancreatic field.

Jaymie's Feedback
Great job providing a specific procedure of interest.

This is a difficult question as there are so many intricate procedures I look forward to learning. However, the procedure I am most excited about is CRS/HIPEC as this is a special area of interest for me. Currently, this therapy is not offered in my home province where I hope to practice one day. I am currently involved in a needs assessment/cost analysis project in order to promote the need for this program. During my training, I hope to develop some additional elective time to excel in this procedure so that I can implement it for the population in my home province, who currently need to travel to obtain it.
