The NHS provides care across many different healthcare areas and focuses on providing quality care to all through compassion and respect."

"I understand that the NHS is the umbrella term for publicly funded healthcare systems in the UK and is also the largest employer. This means that the NHS belongs to the citizens and is there to support them physically and mentally. Patients are treated on an as-needed basis instead of their ability to pay for care, so no one is neglected because of their financial hardship.
