As a nanny or a babysitter, you may be asked to cook or prepare meals for the kids or even for the entire family. If you have experience and you enjoy cooking, tell the interviewer, "I am very comfortable with cooking for other people. I even enjoy preparing meals for my family and friends in my spare time!" Find out what they like to eat and if there are any dietary restrictions or food allergies. If you are new to cooking, explain to the interviewer that even though you are limited in your experience, you are looking forward to learning and you are confident that you will pick it up quickly!
