4. I have. Some customers, whether it's their mood or just the day they're having, sometimes you can't cheer everyone up. If I had a rude customer, I treated them like any other customer, with respect, but maybe with a pinch more patience.

5. Working in retail there are rude customers every day. I simply give them wonderful customer service and when the sale is finished I invite them back and tell them to enjoy their day.
