What do you feel is the single most important skill that an arborist should possess?

Think about the skills that you hold and use each day in your role as an arborist. Talk about which of your skills you feel is most valuable to your role and how you feel that particular skill could make you an asset to the company that you are interviewing with.

"I feel that flexibility is key in an arborist role. There are many times that projects need to be pushed back, or testing may need to be completed outside of normal business hours. Sometimes the weather can change last minute and outdoor testing will need to be placed on hold. The position requires someone who can be flexible with their availability, it is not a 9-5 job."
