      Tips

Try to prepare as much as possible for your interview, not only by researching the company and doing your homework but by emotionally preparing yourself as well. If you find yourself unprepared for a question, try to be mindful of your facial expressions. A natural expression when concentrating is to furrow your brow. But remember, an algorithm can easily misinterpret such cues as frustration. It will also scan tone for your vocal cues, such as placing stress or emphasis on certain words, stutters, or taking long pauses. You should also avoid poor posture, such as slouching, and defensive posture, such as folding your arms or protecting your neck.
