"I am sure that Six Flags has strict protocols surrounding situations like this. My first instinct would be to call the on-site medics. I would not touch or move the individual to avoid causing further injury. If it was heat exhaustion, I could offer them a cold bottle of water and wait with them until the medics arrived."

I would call the parks EMT right away. I would avoid touching the visitor to avoid causing any further injuries. If the visitor had fainted due to heat or because of the ride being too fast for them, I would offer them water and sit and talk with them until the parks EMT come and take over.

Perfect response. It's great that you mentioned not touching the visitor but doing all else to ensure they were comfortable until medical help arrived.
