How do you handle stress on the job?

In any workplace, stress is inevitable at times. Consider how you cope with and manage stress during difficult times. Maybe you take the time to intentionally plan your day, maybe you create to-do lists, maybe you partner with a colleague to divide and conquer, or may you do things outside of work to prioritize your mental health. Whatever strategies you currently utilize, talk to the interviewer about your ability to manage pressure in the workplace.
