How do you typically respond to negative feedback or constructive criticism?
During an internship with Pfizer, you will receive feedback on the job from your mentors and feedback will come both formally and informally. Your interviewer wants to know how you respond to negative feedback in the case that it comes your way during your internship.
"Although I strive to work hard so I don't receive negative feedback, I know that it can only help me. I'd rather be given negative feedback so I know which areas I need to improve instead of not knowing where I'm falling short."
Be honest in your answer, but demonstrate that you can take negative feedback and learn from it. Also, show the interviewer that you can be professional and receptive to feedback that might not feel good to hear, but could lead to your improvement.
