When I am under pressure on the job, I focus on the task at hand and make sure not to get distracted. Staying on deadline is very helpful, and I will delegate when necessary to alleviate some stress. I also realize staying organized, especially at my workstation, helps a lot with reducing stress. I also take five to ten minutes at the beginning of the day to remove unnecessary items so that they won’t get in my way and I can focus 100% on the job.

Great! It sounds like you already have lots of methods in place to deal with stress on the job, which the interviewer will be happy to hear. How, though, do you ensure that you don't get distracted? How do you make sure to stay on a deadline? Can you provide an example of a time when you delegated work during a stressful time? What tools do you use to stay organized? Adding some additional details will make your answer even stronger. Excellent job!
