The most difficult accomplishment for me to achieve was becoming a full-time IFF employee during a global pandemic. Lots of companies, including IFF, were on a hiring freeze- but I did not let this discourage me. I kept trying my best and going out of my way to have more responsibility to continually prove the type of employee I am.

This is a great starting place! However, you can improve this answer by providing more detail. What did you do, or in what way, did you stand out as a new hire candidate? How have you grown in responsibility? What qualities or characteristics have you honed that make you a valuable member of the IFF team? Sharing this information gives the interviewer clearer insight into your work ethic, values, and skills.
Prepare for technical and creative questions that IFF interviewers expect from candidates.
