Leading up to a Friday, the forecast was for very strong storms and after talking with my manager, I decided to cancel work for Friday and make Saturday mandatory for almost all of our team. Because it was a high priority project with a confirmed deadline with the customer, finishing on Saturday was necessary. I talked with my team, and they certainly weren't happy about working on Saturday. I let them decide among themselves who would be the one person not needed to work on Saturday and they did. As a waiter for a popular restaurant, I was on the move for an entire shift with no time to sit down. If hired here, I foresee myself handling the pace of the work really well."
