Stephanie Baumhover, PharmD, BCPS is a board certified clinical pharmacist with over 20 years experience interviewing and hiring pharmacists in several practice settings. I have also served as a residency director for many years, successfully coaching pharmacists with interview question preparation skills and confident interview answers. I have participated in hundreds of interviews for all levels of pharmacists, as a hiring consultant and hiring manager.
