Gentry Edwards has over 15 years of experience leading in-house agency teams where he has interviewed and hired numerous candidates in design, photography, and video production.

Gentry started his career as a director of photography in the broadcasting industry where he won numerous awards including two regional Emmys for outstanding camera work. He has also spoken at conferences, professional association meetings and led workshops.
