What makes you uncomfortable?

"What makes me most uncomfortable is dealing with confrontation and criticism. I understand that criticism is a healthy part of the job so I can improve, but every time I am confronted, I get very nervous and am not able to listen well enough. In the future, I hope to be a better listener so I can learn from my mistakes."
