2. I periodically review the steps necessary to navigate through QuickBooks and become more familiarized with the different areas.
3. I usually stay current on what available and what makes my work easier, few years back we had to manually enter credit card and bank transactions from the bank, now it can be downloaded, huge timesaver and reconciliation becomes less time consuming, stuff like that, staying organized.
4. I always try to learn new things. I have been taking lessons on a new pay roll system different to the one I am used to and also I am taking course on another accounting software.
