Great response. It would be helpful to give an example of a time you worked as a team that had a successful outcome. An even stronger resonse would provide an example of a positive team effort/project and independent success within the same company.
I enjoy being part of a team due to the fact that I am well-organized and can multi-task so well independently. I can offer multiple ways to approach a project while managing several tasks. I am comfortable leading a team, and know the delicate balance of when to step back and collaborate with peers. (Example scenario here) In my previous work, I co-lead a project with a coworker. We were able to divide the work equally, and checked-in periodically to ensure our final product was cohesive.
