1. The only experiences I have had are from attending funerals and/or viewings. I have only had one occasion thus far to be a part of handling the business side of funeral arrangements.

1. Stressful situations call for being prepared yet also being flexible. When in a stressful situation, I find it useful to take inventory of the situation, recognize the cause of the stress and do what it takes to alleviate it.
2. I try to remain calm and not raise my voice. I take deep breaths and try to focus.
