1. I used good judgement and logic when solving a instructions malfunction where someone out to much cinnamon and as a result we had to double the recipe and bake more.

2. I had a customer who have a disability. When I finish taking his order I saw that he is having a hard getting his wallet so I offered him help, he let me take his wallet and took the card out and pay for it. Also, while my co worker garnish his burger I put everything he need in the paper bag such as, serviette, straw and ketchup also I assist him to the elevator. So not only I solve the problem, I think I gave an excellent customer service.

3. We needed to restock on our product supply for the Games Workshop section, and my boss wasn't sure what needed to be replenished. Being someone familiar with the product as both a consumer and a worker, I gave him a list of reccomended restocks based on what players would be looking for.
