1. I used good judgement and logic when solving a instructions malfunction where someone out to much cinnamon and as a result we had to double the recipe and bake more.

When I finish taking his order I saw that he is having a hard getting his wallet so I offered him help, he let me take his wallet and took the card out and pay for it. Also, while my co worker garnish his burger I put everything he need in the paper bag such as, serviette, straw and ketchup also I assist him to the elevator. So not only I solve the problem, I think I gave an excellent customer service.
