"I admire professionals who are always trying to learn. As educators, I think it is important to always be learning. This allows us to be the most effective when teaching our students. I also really admire individuals who do whatever they can to work through their barriers and challenges. I think problem-solving is such an important quality, and watching people find creative solutions is admirable. I also really admire individuals who can work well with others. In teaching, it's important to be able to collaborate, and I admire this talent. I try to take all these qualities and use them in my work and my classroom."
