How to Answer
The interviewer wants to know if you can take criticism without getting your feelings hurt. In today's workplace, you can't be afraid to give or receive criticism. It is ok to be candid, but show your future employer that you heard the feedback and did something about it.
Answer Example
"I received feedback from my manager that because I was pushing for so many new ideas, it seemed like I knew more than everybody else- especially some of the staff who had been here for many years. I took this feedback and decided to include others on my team in shaping some of the new ideas I had before bringing them up in the team meeting. This approach really helped to get their buy-in."
