17. When entering a new job, describe how you build relationships with your new coworkers and supervisors.
How to Answer
Due to a wide variety of personalities, relationships can take time to form. How do you ensure that you have a strong line of communication with your co-workers and supervisors, right from the start?
1st Answer Example
"I understand that some relationships come quickly and others take time to nurture. When starting a new job all that I can do is be my true self and let my personality, integrity, and reliability speak for itself."
2nd Answer Example
"I get along well with most personalities. My colleagues were great team players and we would often meet up after work for drinks or team activities. I would simply start there, when starting a new job. Becoming involved in post-work activities and continuing to be the social person that I am."
