"To be very honest with you, I was really drawn to the automation side of engineering because of the constant need to be flexible and continuing me education to stay ahead of new trends. Last year, I helped develop a codeless test automation for my company that brought together our software engineers and end users to test in environments in a fast and efficient manner. The codeless testing was a first for my organization and really helped free up time for our software engineers to come up with solutions rather than spend time testing."

To be honest with you, the reason I am so drawn and passionate about testing because of the room for creativity and it is always pushing me to think out of the box. One such innovative initiative I have taken during my work at ________, where we had a set of devices running in two different operating systems one was iOS and another one was Android. The team used to run two separate scripts for both devices where a lot of parts were redundant. I have taken responsibility and initiative to identify such common functionalities and creates separate test suits to run them as a single unit and separated the rest of the functionalities based on the operating system, which ended up saving 20% of our script development time.
