The interviewer would like to know that you have experienced what it's like to be a customer / client of YMCA. It is highly recommended that you try their services and /or products before your interview. 'I have never been a customer here' is never an acceptable answer. Your answer should remain positive and complimentary. Highlight the biggest take-away from your experience.

"My first experience as a customer of YMCA was a couple of years ago when my friend recommend you.
