With patience and try to be as helpful as possible.

No, I have not held a job as of yet, however the only time I have called off from school was when there was an emergency situation with my health.
This will be my first job, but for the babysitting job that I had over the summer, I knew that I had an obligation as an employee to come to work, ready and prepared every day, and so did not call off of work.

Either whatever is needed.
I do not have a preference, I think that a team of creative minds working together to accomplish a goal can be extremely efficient, but I also enjoy the solitude, accomplished feeling, and focus of completing a task alone.
There are times when you may be asked to do both so I do not have a problem with either working alone or as a team member. Their are advantages to each one depending on each situation.

Changing over sales at work.
Last week when I was in meal center a late catering order came in. We all pulled together and got it done. I delegated the work out to the team.

17. Describe a time when you disliked company rules in your last job?
I try to follow rules as much as possible. There was a time that I needed to have lesson plans completed before Monday morning, in my opinion I thought my position was more intricate. I asked for a modified expectation for planning, but was not offered that. The company policy was to have those plans defined and turned into the principal.
I've never disliked company rules because you are there to do what the company wants. Now if it is something that would be dishonest or something of that nature then that would be a diffenent story. I would have to go to a superviser that was higer than the person telling me .
This is my first job. However, I would think that a compny must have good reasons to enforce rules for their employees that are in the best interest of their customers. Sometimes we don't alwasy like rules - but we should obey them.

Never if I have a lot on my plate I plan extra time to get my responsibilies done.

20. How would you handle an irate customer that has screamed at you for three minutes straight?
I would try one more time to calm the customer down and satisfy there needs. If that did not work I would politely let the customer know I am going to find my manager or team leader to assist them.
The key is to remain calm. If you can calm the customer down and let him now that you will address his complaint that would be ideal. If not, I think finding a manger would be the best option.
I would apologize first of all for whatever upset the customer. I'd also ask if there is anything that I can do. If necessary, I'd refer them to the manager for help.
I would ask them to calm down, apologize, and ask how i could make their experience better.
If I can't calm the customer I would ask a member of management to step in. I would never agitate a customer I handle it with compasion and understanding.
21. How can I trust you not to steal?
My morals would never permit me to do that. I have been put in positions of trust throughout my life and have never violated those trusts. I can provide references to my honesty and integrity.
I am a loyal and honest person. I do not steal and I have no intention of sacrificing my moral code for any reason.
Honesty and integrity are very important to me. I have morals that I cannot break, no matter what the circumstance. Not stealing and being honest is personally important to me. I have worked at CVS for 14 months, and I have not ever even taken a single penny left behind by a customer. I like working hard for my money.

I would like working at Wegmans because the employees seem very nice and personable. Also Wegmans is a very clean place and a place that is very familiar to me since it is my family's number one grocery store.

The size for one, Wegmans are much larger than most grocery stores, the number of different products offered, the employees, how customers are treated and the quality of the merchandise.
