"If I were given a choice, I would leave my documentation tasks for last. I say this because I like to spend my time selling and hitting targets so anything to do with documentation during business hours - I feel takes away from my business development tasks. I do understand the importance of it, though."

"I do not believe in procrastination so I tend to take on the most challenging aspects of a project first, and then work my way into the easier, less time-consuming portions of my work. Especially in the field of human resources, procrastination can be very problematic."
