No matter how fantastic the customer service, there will always be a customer who is unhappy about something. The interviewer would like to know if you can handle the stress and pressure associated with an angry customer mid-flight.

If you have received airline training related to situations like this, tell the interviewer what you know and understand to be a proper response.
