One of the most difficult things, for me, is having to cover my skin when out in the sun because I love having a suntan and the feeling of the sun on my skin. I think many people, especially younger people, neglect to understand the seriousness of this type of cancer."

Simple things like wearing sunscreen with a high SPF or clothing to cover the skin when out in the sun are a great way to help."
