General Dynamics has a stringent hiring process, and they promote and hire only the best managers. Although their management team is well-oiled, there may remain times that you do not agree with a decision or how a situation is handled. The interviewer wants to know that you can be diplomatic during times such as these.
Show the interviewer that it is possible for you to be a good team member, yet disagree with the leader from time to time. Explain that you believe everyone is entitled to their own professional opinion, yet capable of maintaining respect for each other at the same time. Discuss that even if you disagree with the final decision your leader makes, you support the direction the team is heading.

"I think that it is possible to be a great team member, even when disagreeing with the leader. The professional reaction is to maintain respect for each other despite the difference in opinion. I understand that my leader may have information that I do not, or may see a longer range picture than I am able."
