"In my current role for the past six years as an Analyst in the healthcare industry, I work with a wide variety of staff from many departments. These can include frontline nursing staff, lab staff, administration, finance and others. On a large finance project last year, my ability to speak openly and honestly while being very informative really helped my team pull accurate data from our patient billing department to be put to use with frontline staff.
