Keeping and maintaining accurate records in a lab is vitally important, for many reasons. This is certainly no different at Battelle. To give your interview a feel for how you prioritize and keep accurate records, talk about the steps you take in ensuring each specimen is recorded and labeled while also talking about any documentation systems that you have used in the past. Make sure your interviewer walks away knowing that documentation and record keeping is an important job for you.
