"Having been in the corporate training and developing world over the past ten years, I can say that the best training method for a company or a group of employees is very situational. I have experience conducting classroom style trainings and they can be very effectvie for high needs situations. I also have experience designing and implementing e-learning programs for my organization and this has been extremely beneficial for simple, yet necessary, trainings for a busy workforce. If hired for this position, I'll be able to assess the needs of my clients and work with them on creative and effective solutions that meet their training needs."
