3. I am a perfectionist, I like to go through things over and over again until I know that I am happy with it. I like to have a certain standard at which I want to produce things and I like to keep them at that standard, this sometimes makes me spend a longer time on tasks, to ensure that they are being carried out properly. I am trying to improve it by trying not to spend excessive amounts of time on tasks that I don't really need to spend that much time on. I try to look at the bigger picture and see if it would really have an impact on the outcome.
