1. I havent worked as a doorman before but if am to relate that to my previous experience of customer service it always be calm whenever a guest raise his/her voice just be polite and be helpfull to that particular issue.

1. I have worked in a theatre and in a book store. Both were very much on-your-feet jobs and involved a lot of work. There was rarely time to be sitting down.

1. I take a few steadying breaths before beginning to remedy the situation to the best of my ability. It is important to keep a level head and remain calm during any intense situation or crisis, and I do my utmost to be helpful in every way possible during such times.

1. Yes, a customer in my previous workplace refused to be served by me as he felt I would be incapable of providing him with what he needed. I remained calm and informed him that the other staff were occupied at the moment with other customers, and assured him that I was up to the task, but if he preferred he could wait for another member of staff to become available.

1. Yes, the tenant was inebriated. I remained calm and politely directed the tenant to his room, and advised him that if he wished to register a complaint he could do so in the morning when he sobered and had time to think.
