    Have you ever been yelled at by a tenant? How did you handle the situation?

      1. I did only appologise and move on.
      2. Yes, the tenant was inebriated. I remained calm and politely directed the tenant to his room, and advised him that if he wished to register a complaint he could do so in the morning when he sobered and had time to think.
      3. I have been yelled at by Marine DIs and can handle it with professionalism.
      4. Yes, have been yelled at but I was calm and listen to him, later I apologize and I asked if I can solve the problem for him.
      5. Yes, Istayed calm and apoligized and asked the guest if I can fix the problem.

      1. For a really long time, I'm a keeper so if it's a nice job I keep it until I retire.

    How do you handle stressful situations?

      1. I'm very good in that, I don't take anything personal, whatever the circumstances are I try to be there and show up in the most polite way possible.
      2. I take a few steadying breaths before beginning to remedy the situation to the best of my ability. It is important to keep a level head and remain calm during any intense situation or crisis, and I do my utmost to be helpful in every way possible during such times.
      3. I always keep calm and try to be helpful to the guest by offfering suggestion that I believe will be suitable to solve the situation at hand.
      4. I go to the gym to do some workout exercise.
      5. I take a deep breath, stay calm and handle what ican and ask for help if needed.
      6. I handle stressful situation by meditating for a few minutes to clear my mind, after I tend to pick up a book and relax my mind and keep it busy for a while.

    What do you know already about our building?

      1. It, s in a nice location and a lot of good rich people live here it's also popular restaurant inside.
      2. I know that The Marker is quite a young hotel as it opened only last year and advertises itself as a hotel appealing to the urban lifestyle. Its design is inspired by the Irish landscape, fused with modern architectural features. You have at least 12 to thirteen rooms with wheelchair access, offer an array of services from valeting to arranging room gifts, and run a restaurant famous for its Cronuts.
      3. I know that we boast of 228 room with two deluxe room as well as spacious presidential suite.
      4. Our building have 256 rooms, nice and lovely swimming pool, executive siuts.
      5. That It is a great Luxury Residential Building and if I plan to work here I must be on my A game at all times and know what I am doing.

    Have you ever had a strange request from a resident? How did you handle it?

      1. Just asking them to repeat what was it? If is still strange I May not be allowed to do it so I would call someone else to take care of them.
      2. No that I had before but if it may arise I will try to handle the request if is positive to the best of my ability and if not all foward it to my superior incharge.

      2. I havent worked as a doorman before but if am to relate that to my previous experience of customer service it always be calm whenever a guest raise his/her voice just be polite and be helpfull to that particular issue.
      3. Tenants that were checking in didn't know how to speak English and didn't have a translator with him to help out.

      1. I have worked in a theatre and in a book store. Both were very much on-your-feet jobs and involved a lot of work. There was rarely time to be sitting down.

      2. Immensely. I strive to be as helpful as possible in any situation, and to be wise enough to know that sometimes being helpful involves taking a step back and letting those with the expertise handle it.

    Have you ever been disrespected before? How did you handle it?

      1. Just kept going, be polite and all bad things have come to go not to stay so I really don't worry if people disrespect me, If I have done something wrong I appoloize if not I just keep being nice and polite that's about it!
      2. Yes, a customer in my previous workplace refused to be served by me as he felt I would be incapable of providing him with what he needed. I remained calm and informed him that the other staff were occupied at the moment with other customers, and assured him that I was up to the task, but if he preferred he could wait for another member of staff to become available.
      3. Yes, I was calm and I politely explain things to him.
      4. Yes of course I've been disrespected before by some individuals, I've handled it by always being on the person's side, agreeing with them in every way so that I can avoid being disrespected again.
      5. No but sometime back had a situation where the guest mistakenly understand me and become furious but I kept my calm after she ferously attacked me with insult I asked if I could solve the situation. I talked her through then she apologised later to my superior.
