      Anonymous Answer

"I hope to continue to develop my career with Wells Fargo, and I do aspire to become a service manager or branch manager. I am continuing to pursue my Bachelor's degree, which I had planned to use initially to become a teacher, but if the opportunity should arise for growth at our branch, that is where I'd like to remain."

      Rachelle's Feedback

Your answer shows loyalty to Wells Fargo and an honest interest in growing within the company. Keep in mind that mentioning your initial desire to become a teacher could cause some doubt in the interviewer as far as longevity goes. It will depend on the outlook and personality of the interviewer; however, you may want to remove that part of your response.
