It is my responsibility to ensure they have the tools and training to be successful and to monitor performance on a regular basis to ensure they are meeting their goals. I will use reports and analytics weekly to see how we're performing as a team, and I will use those to look at individual contributors as well. If an employee is underperforming, I will provide coaching to help them get back on track and review my expectations to ensure they are clear on them."

"I consistently give feedback to my team members, not just once a year, in their performance evaluations. I have one on ones with each team member weekly, and in those meetings, we review their set goals and the progress they are making toward those goals. We also discuss any obstacles or barriers they are facing, as it's my role as their leader to help them navigate and overcome those challenges. If an employee is missing the mark or underperforming, I address it immediately and review my expectations. If an employee is outperforming expectations, I am sure to praise them and recognize them for their accomplishments."
