"I have a best practice of always assuming someone is watching or listening to me when I step outside my office. I am very self-aware, always taking care not to discuss confidential information in the presence of others or engage in gossip. If a new client is waiting for me in the lobby, the last thing they want to hear is me talking negatively around the corner about someone before I come out to greet them. I ensure my appearance is neat and tidy and also professional when meeting new potential clients as well. I maintain a positive, and professional tone, smiling often when engaging with others."
