      How to Answer

      The interviewer would like to get to know more about you. Give an overview of how you got into the banking industry, your education and experience, your current role, and what brings you to the interview with Wells Fargo. Engage the interviewer by telling your story with enthusiasm! Consider sharing a skill you developed that will be useful for this position. Avoid giving too many personal details (marital status, how many children you have, your religion, etc.), and try to keep your answer brief (no more than a couple of minutes).
