I am adaptable, transparent, and empathetic. When given a task, I am unfamiliar with; I will quickly become acclimated to the field it pertains to and learns on the job as much as I can to complete the task. When evaluating the risk of purchasing a security, I will be honest with my teammates about my findings and will make sure I have done everything I can to make a sound decision. Finally, my empathetic skills will help me understand and assist the needs of the multiple downstream groups I would be working with.

1. I have a very healthy but competitive mindset, which allows me to do my best work at all times and has given me the title of top seller in every sales job I've had. Having this strength will allow me to meet quotas for Wells Fargo and provide the best work possible.
2. Customer service comes naturally to me- I enjoy speaking with people and being there to help them with their needs. My excellent customer service experience at Wells Fargo will allow me to earn the trust of my clients, which in turn will allow them to trust our bank.
3. I am a very quick learner. I pick things up by simply watching and observing. At Wells Fargo, this will allow for less micromanaging (although I don't mind it). You can rest assured that I will do my job with almost no mistakes.
