"I have never formally had experience in the workplace with recruiting and hiring, but I feel that I have transferrable skills that would allow me to be successful with this responsibility. In school, I was responsible for recruiting students to participate in certain campus events, and I would canvass the campus, hand out flyers, and speak with students in between classes. I would also set up booths on campus and at local cafes to recruit as well. As for the hiring piece, I know there are HR processes to follow when it comes to interviewing, making offers, and hiring a new employee, and I would follow whatever policies Wells Fargo has in place."

"As a branch manager, I'm responsible for posting jobs on job boards like Indeed, and I also review the applications and screen candidates. I attend job fairs in the community and do outreach to local colleges to get our name out there and to network. Once I screen candidates, I set up times for in-person interviews, and then I work with our corporate office to generate offer letters, coordinate drug screens, and run background checks. I'm very experienced in this area and have no problem with this responsibility."
