"I was recently asked to review the operations of a media production group within the company I work for. They were considering an overhaul of their scheduling, payroll, and reporting processes and asked my team to do the high-level discovery before engaging with vendors to discuss solution options.
I presented the discovery findings to a group of senior executives from their operations group as well as senior executives from another similar business unit that was also interested in overhauling their operations. My senior management was included as well.
The presentation was given remotely and included a review of what was currently working well, areas of improvement, quick hit opportunities that could be immediately implemented, and a high-level strategic plan for improvement. We discussed a mix of workflow changes and technology improvement options as well as the high-level estimates for the cost and ROI for each.
The presentation was a success and the executives appreciated the care my team took to understand the operations of their teams. I was able to accurately articulate their needs and focus on the areas that represented a viable value stream, and there are now several projects in flight that align with the recommendations I gave during the presentation."

At Microsoft, I delivered pre-event logistics meetings. These were done virtually using Microsoft Teams, for which I also created the calendar invites and managed them.
These meetings were to communicate Event expectations such as which hiring managers were aligned with which teams.
