I have experience using Quickbooks Messenger as well as Microsoft Teams Chat to communicate with my team. When I was a flight attendant we just created a group on Facebook Messenger to communicate any updates or changes. Which wasn’t always useful since some people don’t have Facebook. What team-based applications do you use here?
