      How to Answer

The best way to discuss your salary expectations is to use your current earnings as a base, taking into consideration the frequency of your pay increases and projected annual income for the coming year or two. Compare the benefits they offer to what you currently receive and how that impacts your cost of living and increases or reduces your income level regarding expenses. Be open and honest.
