The interviewer is curious about your relationship-building skills and whether you had positive relationships with your past coworkers. Before considering any candidate, they need to ensure the person they hire would complement their teams and enhance their culture. Under their core values, they state, "Practice civility. Embrace Team over self. Be inclusive. Speak up. Be transparent. Tell the truth. Practice Hospitality. Live by The Golden Rule. Don't be rude." Think about your relationships with coworkers, past and present, and what you enjoyed most about working with them. Excellent communication, a strong sense of humor, and emotional support are all great pillars of fun working relationships.
