Part of doing this is by complying with their Uniform Standards. But, they are also taking measures to ensure their brand accurately represents their employees' diversity. So, they are revising their rules on their grooming standards as part of this update - primarily updating their new iconic uniforms with a focus on sustainability, functionality, safety, and comfort, and relaxing their tattoo policy.
