"Pulling together as a team is vital for providing excellent customer service and on the rare occasion when there is an emergency working as a team will ensure the best outcome for the situation. Having a smaller staff number means it is possible to get exposure to opportunities that perhaps would take many years in a larger head office environment. Align yourself with their definition of a team player. Assure your interviewer that you are capable of building strong and enduring relations with your coworkers, especially since you'll be spending so much time with them in close quarters. Think about the previous relationships you've had with your coworkers, past and present. What were the dynamics of those working relationships? Think about what you enjoyed about some of your relationships with past coworkers. Excellent communication, a sense of humour and support are all great qualities that make co-working relationships fun.
