A clean criminal record is a must for all airline-related roles. Air New Zealand explains on their website that its successful candidates will go through an extensive vetting process, which includes references, medical clearance, police clearance, a swim test (50 metres under two minutes and treading water for one minute) and St John's Level 2 first aid course certification.

Keep your answer short and to the point.
