If that happens, I walk it off and learn what I can from it. You have to learn from it to save yourself the embarrassment of making the same mistake again."

I allow myself a moment to be frustrated when a setback occurs, but never publicly. I may go to a gym, for instance. When a setback occurs, I prefer to take from the experience rather than have it take energy away from me.
