In my role as Business Analyst, our team was required to take responsibility to fit the historical data with the new type of business requirement. I was responsible for the core task, translating historical business data and operation data if I failed to finish it on schedule, and others could do nothing. The translation work was massive, but I did not give up. Sometimes, I worked overnight, 24 hours working, to meet the deadline. We finally completed the project out of the directors' expectations. In my following roles, I did show the same characteristics that I'm a reliable and dedicated employee. I come with solid references who will be happy to speak to you about my reliability and dedication to the job.
